    Ordering at Sleediz is as simple as can be. Just select the desired product on the product page and click the "Add to Cart" button.

Please double-check that you have selected the correct variants before starting the checkout process. On the information page, enter the correct delivery address and ensure that all information is accurate and complete. If all information is correct, you can click the "Proceed to Shipping" button.

On the "Shipping" page, you can review the details of the address you entered. We are pleased to inform you that we cover the costs of shipping and delivery for all shipments. It's our thank you to our valued customers! You can now proceed by clicking the "Proceed to Payment" button.

Various secure and encrypted payment methods are available in the payment options. We guarantee you a secure payment environment to protect your personal data.

  1. Shipping Your Order:
    Once you've found your perfect outfit or accessory with us, we want to ensure that you can enjoy it as soon as possible! Therefore, we process and ship your order as promptly as possible.

To ensure cost-effective prices for our products and minimize environmental impact, we bundle packages in large quantities. Once we've reached our minimum order value, we ship all packages together. We hope for your understanding and support in our efforts to create a better and healthier world.

Note: Like many other online shops, we may sometimes face high order volumes due to the COVID-19 crisis, which may lead to delays. We appreciate your understanding and assure you that we are doing everything we can to deliver your order as quickly as possible.

Average Delivery Time:

After you place your order, we need 1 to 3 business days to process it. During the week, it usually takes one business day, while it may take a little longer on Friday evenings or weekends.

Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped. The average delivery time is approximately 5-10 business days.

Tracking Your Order:

After your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a personal tracking code. With this code, you can track the current status of your order and know exactly when you can expect to receive your package.

  1. Delivery of Your Order:
    Once your order has been delivered, you can enjoy your new Sleediz pieces to the fullest! Of course, it may occasionally happen that things don't go exactly as planned. If you want to exchange or return the product, you can find all the information on our Returns page.

Product Defects:

If a product is damaged upon delivery, we will be happy to send you a new package free of charge. Please note that in this case, we cannot offer a refund. If the replacement product is also defective, we will refund you the full purchase price.

Lost Packages:

If a package is lost or cannot be delivered for logistical reasons, we will send you a new package free of charge before taking further steps for a refund or return.

Customs for International Deliveries:

In some cases, customs will inspect the package delivered to you. Unfortunately, this legislation has changed as of July 1, 2021, and we have no control over it. It is possible that customs may charge a small amount for import duties in some cases. But don't worry! We find that this happens in 99% of cases. Are customs duties always charged? Please contact us.

Delivery Absence:

We cover the cost of delivering the package to your door or to a post office. If the package is not accepted or picked up at the post office and is returned to us, we reserve the right to deduct €15 from the invoice amount.
