If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order from Sleediz, please contact us. At Sleediz, we strive for our customers to be 100% satisfied with the product they have purchased from our suppliers. If you have any issues with the delivery or the product and are frustrated, please contact us, and our team will assist you immediately.

Returning Your Order with Sleediz:

You have 14 days to return your product to Sleediz. Afterwards, you have an additional 14 days to send the package back to Sleediz.

At Sleediz, we want to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchases. In the event that you are not fully satisfied with a product, we offer you the option to return it within 48 hours of receipt. Please note that we only provide store credit for returned items.

This means that the value of the returned item will be credited to your customer account, which you can use for future purchases.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not comply with our return policy or have been damaged. Please ensure that the items are returned in their original condition and with all tags and packaging. Any shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.

We cannot refund the cost of returning the product to you.


Contact Sleediz customer service for the return address! Shipping to an address other than the one provided by Sleediz customer service will not result in a refund. The return address at Sleediz may vary depending on the product, both within and outside the EU.

Cancellation of Orders with Sleediz:

Cancellation of an order with Sleediz is only possible within 5 minutes of placing the order. The processing of our orders at Sleediz ends after 5 minutes, and cancellation is no longer possible. After 5 minutes, processing at Sleediz has begun, so we cannot cancel it anymore. Of course, you can return the product to Sleediz for a full refund within 14 days after delivery.

Damaged Products Upon Arrival at Sleediz:

That's unfortunate! Unfortunately, your product may be damaged during transport to Sleediz. If you have received a damaged or incorrect product from Sleediz, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the product at Sleediz. After that, the return period unfortunately expires.

To find the fastest solution, please email us a photo showing the damaged part of the product. The best pictures are taken on a flat surface where you can clearly see the label and the defect. We at Sleediz will use this information to assist you with your order and avoid errors in the future.

For defective items at Sleediz, we will always send you a new package free of charge the first time and unfortunately cannot refund the money. Is it faulty the second time? Then we will refund you the full purchase price. Of course, you can return the product to Sleediz for a full refund within 14 days after delivery.
